We request a 24 hour notice for appointments to be cancelled and rescheduled. This allows our staff to be able to adjust their schedules to accommodate other guests.
If last minute cancellations become a habit, we may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

Life gets busy! Give us a call if you think you’ll be running behind so we may be able to accommodate you with a later availability that better fits your schedule.
Otherwise, we allow a 15 minute grace period after the start of your scheduled appointment. Past this grace period, we may need to reschedule due to time constraints.
